I'm currently looking for a replacement harddrive for my macbook. I would like to get the new Seagate 2.5", 160GB drive running with 7200rpm. Since it's not listed in the bigger online stores in germany, I've asked cyberbport.de (one if the biggest online-companies offering all kinds of nice gadgets) if they have this drive available or if they can order it. Even after 10 days and after repeating my request, no answer. That sucks! Some suggestions howto improve your email-communications with your customers can be found in the links at the bottom of this post.

am 02.12. bei cyberport angefragt:

Frage: Kann ich die 160GB-Festplatte mit 7200rpm auch über cyberport beziehen, bzw. wird diese in nächster Zeit in die Produktpalette aufgenommen?

Fazit: cyberport lässt zwischen dem 02.12. und dem 11.12. lieber 10x hier bloggen, als auf wiederholte Anfragen via Email zu reagieren :-(

Wenn das Sortiment nicht so reichhaltig wäre, würde ich ja gerne woanders kaufen.
